If you are coming from the east make sure you give Quart-a-Nancy point a wide enough berth to avoid the reef. The anchorage is to the south past the hotel. This can be a very tricky anchorage as the wind and the currents in the bay can turn the boat around several times. But once you are at anchor you can enjoy  the show put on by several boats fighting for the same mooring.

The snorkeling at Cistern Point is superb. You have to dinghy over and tie up to the dinghy line there.

Dinner at the Cooper Island Beach Club is good and the service is very friendly.

The sunset over Tortola and the Drake channel is perfect for drinks on the boats.
